Congressman Murphy spent an unhealthy amount of time at Harvard crusading to get the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) expelled from the university. His conduct, undoubtedly, falls in the category of “anti-military” behavior.

The Congressman has never formally redacted, apologized for or even explained his outright bizarre statements about our military. One can’t help but wonder, then, if all the praise he heaps on our men and women in uniform via press release reflects his real opinions so much as it embodies his desire to get re-elected (or his staffs’ collective fear of getting swept into the unemployment line in the coming GOP wave).

With Congress slated to cast some important votes about military policy, New Yorkers deserve to know just what Congressman Murphy’s feelings are about our armed forces.
