Republicans introduced a resolution to remove admitted tax cheat Charlie Rangel from his position as the chairman of the powerful House Ways & Means Committee. Scott Murphy voted YES to pushing the House resolution aside and allowing Rangel to continue to dictate tax policy to Americans.
